For boutique hotels & luxury rentals
We're Jordan and Kaitlyn, a two-person film and photography team based in Kelowna. We make the kind of content that gets a luxury stay booked, whether it's a boutique hotel or a one-of-a-kind rental: higher rates, a fuller calendar, and a brand worth following. We'll travel to your property, wherever it is.
The proof piece · Ucluelet, BC
The Black Shack is a luxury rental on the edge of Vancouver Island, the kind of place you have to feel to believe. We came out, spent time in the property, and made content that captures exactly that.
There's a cinematic film of the property itself, and a moving carousel of moments: people enjoying the spaces, the lived-in feeling of being there. Alongside both, a full set of photos sized for the listing and for social.
Premium travelers decide whether a rate is justified in the first few photos. When the media undersells the place, you either drop the price or watch the calendar sit. Film and a properly shot gallery let a guest feel the property before they book, so you can hold your rate and still convert.
When the media undersells a property, you compete on price. Cinematic film and a real photo set let a guest feel the space before they book, so a premium rate reads as obvious, not optimistic.
Guests skim the first few images and decide in seconds whether to keep reading. We build a cover shot and a sequenced gallery that get the listing (or your booking page) opened and evaluated, instead of passed over.
The same shoot powers a direct-booking site and a real social presence (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), so you can reach travelers before they ever hit a booking site, and keep more of every stay.
The moving carousel · moments in the space
A moving carousel of moments: real people enjoying the spaces. It's the social-native cut, the version of the property that sells the experience and makes a traveler picture themselves there.

A second stay · Calmwater Retreat, Ucluelet, BC
Calmwater is a west-coast retreat tucked into the rainforest on Vancouver Island: black cedar cabins, the surf out front, and the kind of slow mornings people travel a long way for. We came out and shot the spaces, the rhythm of the place, and guests genuinely enjoying it.
A cinematic tour, a run of lifestyle moments, and a full gallery, all built to sell the feeling of being there, not just the floor plan.

Also on the island · Black Beach House
Black Beach House sits just across the street from The Black Shack: the same wild stretch of Vancouver Island coast and the same matte-black architecture, with its own darker, more cinematic mood. This is the vertical cut, made for the feed.

The two of us
We're Jordan and Kaitlyn, a couple based in Kelowna who make cinematic films and photography together. We shoot it two ways at once: the slow, wide, golden-hour version of your property, and the close, human moments: the coffee on the terrace, the light through a window, someone actually enjoying the stay.
Most teams pick one thing: awe, or warmth. We want both. We want a guest to feel the place before they ever book it, and we want you to feel like you already know the two people showing up at your door. It's a small operation on purpose. The work has our name on it too, so it has to be genuinely good.
Two of us capturing your property at once: more angles, film and photography together, nothing missed.
We work with the property's own light at its best time of day, on professional cameras. No studio rigs, just the place looking like itself.
How it works
Send the listing link and a few lines about the property. We reply personally. No commitment, just a real conversation about the stay.
We figure out the shoot together: the best season and time of day, and how to work around cleaners and guest turnover. We travel to you.
Both of us come and capture it in one visit: the property film, the moving carousel, and the photos. You don't art-direct anything.
Finished films and a curated photo set, sized for your listing, your direct-booking site, and social, all yours to use across every channel.
What you walk away with
Everything from a single shoot, ready for the channels that actually book nights.
Property films start at $1,950. Most clients invest between $2,000–$3,000 depending on the property and deliverables. Hotels & resorts — custom-quoted.
Delivered in around two to three weeks. Full commercial usage rights, spelled out in writing before we shoot.
Handing over the keys
We carry commercial liability insurance and our gear is insured, so your property and our equipment are covered before we ever arrive.
Usage rights, deliverables, and timeline are spelled out in a simple agreement before the shoot. You know exactly what you're getting and what you own.
We coordinate access windows around your turnovers and cleaners, work clean and careful on site, and leave the property exactly as we found it.
You see the films and photos and sign off before anything is final, so there are no surprises in what gets delivered.
Why owners pick us
Most real-estate media companies hide behind a brand and a generic "our team." You're inviting someone into your home, so you should know exactly who. It's Jordan and Kaitlyn, every time.
Based in Kelowna, we'll travel to your property, whether it's a few hours away or on the other side of the world. If a stay is remarkable, it's worth the trip, and we plan the shoot around your calendar.
There are two of us on every shoot, capturing the film, the moving moments, and the photos together. More angles, nothing missed, all from a single coordinated visit.
Warm, cinematic, editorial. Never the cold corporate-real-estate look, never the over-graded reel that flatters the camera more than the house. The colour is true to the place, because guests notice the gap the moment they walk in.
In the owners' words
I have no words for how unbelievable your captures are. You captured the essence of the space, the small design moments that speak volumes — and the star of the show, the beautiful coastline. I actually got a little teary-eyed witnessing it all.
You captured the essence of our space so beautifully — the dark, moody vibes against the rich greens and teals of the ocean, down to the small minimalist details. I’m in awe. The videos make me want to stay in our own suite.
You went above and beyond. Your work showcased our retreat and the west-coast experience perfectly — we especially loved the friends-having-a-good-time content. It was a pleasure working with you.
Good to know
Send us the listing and a few lines about the stay. We'll have a real conversation about what your place does best and how to put that on screen. No pitch, no pressure. We read and reply to every one of these ourselves.
We've got your note and we'll reply personally, usually within a day or so. Talk soon.
